Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your clean, please give us as much notice as possible.
More than 24 hours' notice
No cancellation fee.
Your appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled subject to availability.
Less than 24 hours' notice
A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled cleaning price may apply.
Same day cancellation or No Access
A fee of up to 100% of the scheduled cleaning price may apply if a booking is cancelled at very short notice, we arrive and are unable to access the property, or nobody is available to provide agreed access.
Any fee will be limited to the reasonable loss or costs incurred as a result of the cancelled booking.
Emergencies
We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations happen.
Please contact us as soon as you can. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
